Explore beyond!
Discover the almost endless possibilities of modern road cycling with SHIMANO GRX components. The RX800 Series at Ultegra/XT level represents the performance-oriented top range of Shimano’s gravel- and cross-specific GRX groupsets.

As for all GRX rear derailleurs, the clever developers of the Japanese industry giant have used the long proven Shadow RD+ technology from the mountain bike sector for the RX810 and the RX812 11-speed rear derailleur, featuring a friction damper that slows down the forward and backward movement of the RD-RX810 RX812 rear derailleur. This significantly reduces the risk of chain bouncing and jump off and shifting into the wrong gear, while significantly reducing chain noise. This guarantees silent, smooth, precise and reliable gear changes in challenging terrain. Whether riding off tarmac roads and on dusty gravel roads, going on a bikepacking adventure with lots of luggage, doing classic cyclocross or simply commuting to work.

Since the personal needs of riders are as diverse as the range of use of modern gravel bikes, SHIMANO offers the GRX 11-speed rear derailleurs in two different cage lengths.
The GRX RD-RX810 rear derailleur with a medium cage is designed for all single and double chainring drivetrains including 11-speed SHIMANO road cassettes with 11-30, 11-32 or 11-34 teeth.
The GRX RD-RX812 rear derailleur with a long cage, however, is designed for all single chainring drivetrains including SHIMANO’s giant 11-speed MTB cassettes with 11-40 or 11-42 teeth.

GRX Rear Derailleur 11-speed RX810 / RX812

Colour:
schwarz
Size:
long cage
